Theodore Henry King CLARK
Associate Professor
He is the Associate Professor of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management Department (ISOM) of the Hong Kong University of Science Technology (HKUST). He has degrees in Engineering (BS), Law (JD), Business (Harvard MBA) and IS Management (Harvard DBA), and has taught multiple MBA and MSc ISM courses in the past at HKUST. Professor CLARK also has extensive consulting experience with McKinsey & Company, involving sourcing, strategy, and operations.

Advocate Puneet Bhasin is a Pioneer in Technology Laws in India and a Cyber Law Expert practicing in Mumbai in matters involving Cyber Crimes, E-Commerce and Intellectual Property disputes in cyber space. She is an Advisor to the Rajya Sabha Committee on formulation of Internet Laws and Technology Laws in India. She forms a part of advisory committee to Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeITY) on the new Data Protection Framework, to be adopted by Government of India.

Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur joined National Law University, Delhi as a Professor of Law in 2011. She is the Director of the Centre for Corporate Law and Governance at National Law University Delhi. She teaches Company Law, Securities Regulations and Competition Law. She also taught Law of Insurance and International Business Law at NLU Delhi. She co-teaches Comparative Private Law at Faculty of Law, University of Bergen, Norway.
